The Open Line offers programs to help meet the critical needs of income eligible residents by providing financial assistance for basic utilities, fuel, housing costs, and medical prescriptions. Funds are distributed as available to eligible residents. Eligibility varies by program.

Our staff is also available to assist individuals in accessing the following programs:

• Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• PPL Operation Help
• Public Assistance (food stamps, medical assistance, cash assistance)
• FEMA Funding (housing and utility costs)
