The Open Line's programs provide community-based case management services to low-income adults who are struggling to manage or make progress in the pursuit of the life they desire. The intent or purpose of services provided is to support people in the selection, preparation, and attainment of their goals.
Our counselors assist and support local residents in addressing social service problems pertaining to health, housing, financial, employment, and education needs. In addition, our counselors also assist clients in determining eligibility for county, state, and federal programs and help them to navigate through the appropriate systems.
Services include:
- Initial intake to assess current situation and identify potential barriers to success (poverty, education, employment, support systems, housing, and/or medical issues)
- Evaluation of client needs and goals
- Information and access to in-house services
- Referrals to other agencies and resources as necessary
