Montgomery County Dog Licenses2011 Montgomery County Dog Licenses are now available at The Open Line. All dogs three months of age or older must have and display a Pennsylvania dog license issued from the county in which the dog resides. Dog licenses are good for one year and the costs are:
- $8.45 for non-spayed/non-neutered dogs
- $6.45 for spayed/neutered dogs
- Dog owners who are senior citizens and persons with disabilities receive a $2 discount.
