Linda Connell, Interim Executive Director has a Master of Education degree in counseling and guidance from the University of Arizona. Ms. Connell started at The Open Line in 1986. She provides counseling, casework and supportive services and is a domestic violence advocate. Previous to joining the staff at Open Line she worked with court adjudicated youth in residential settings.

Lilibet Coe, Assistant to the Executive Director possesses a Master of Science degree in nonprofit management from Eastern University. Ms. Coe joined TOL in June 2009 and served as the executive director until her retirement on December 31, 2012. Lilibet has agreed to help during the transition by staying on as an assistant to the interim executive director through June 2013.

Laura (Detweiler) Dzugan, Counselor has a Bachelor of Science degree in clinical counseling psychology from Kutztown University. Laura joined TOL's staff in July 2007. She oversees the food pantry, as well as the rent, utility and prescription assistance and holiday programs.

Sandy Fetterman, PR Coordinator/Education Counselor has a Master of Arts degree in communication from the University of Maine (Orono). Sandy started at The Open Line in August 2005. She serves in several capacities: GED Coordinator and Education Counselor, Domestic Violence Counselor and PR Coordinator.

Mary Ann Hoch is The Open Line's food cupboard coordinator. She's been with TOL for 23 years and served with the county for several years prior to her time with The Open Line.

Scott Basara, Bookkeeper is the owner of STJ Services, Inc. and joined TOL team in 2010 as an independent contractor. He has a Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi, as well as an Associate Degree in the culinary arts. Scott is looking forward to lending his talents and expertise to TOL.

Barb Markwalter joined the Open Line staff in March 2011 in the capacity of Volunteer Coordinator and moved into the position of Employment Counselor in September 2011. Barb has a Master of Arts degree in education from Virginia Tech. She has previously worked for Temple University Fox School of Business and the University of Virginia, Wise serving as an academic and employment counselor. She has considerable experience in employment counseling, administrative management, program design and implementation.

Lori Calvario joined the Open Line staff in September 2011 in the capacity of Volunteer Coordinator having served as a program intern at the Open Line in spring 2011. Lori graduated cum laude from Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies. Lori has served as a community volunteer throughout her adult life at Hereford Elementary, UP Middle School and Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center.

Kimberly Baccari, Development Coordinator has a Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University and has extensive experience in government and health care, having served under three administrations at the New York State Department of Health and as part of Governor Paterson’s transition administration. She was also a Research and Academic Coordinator at the University of California, Los Angeles, before joining TOL in June 2012.

Wendy Cora, Office Coordinator comes to us with significant background in customer service having worked most recently as the office assistant/customer service for Jack's Glass in Allentown. She was instrumental in her company being awarded the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's 2009 Excellence in Business Award. In addition, Wendy has worked as a volunteer for Twice Blessed Thrift Shop and Food Pantry and as a volunteer teacher for the City Limits Church, both in Allentown. Wendy is a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School, and is very glad to be back in the Valley.
